It's free to list as many buildings as you want. We only charge a 10% fee on the first 12 months of the contract or the minimum term of the contracted license period (whichever is greater). In short, we don't cost you a thing until we make you money. Don't worry, it’s 10% whether you pay upfront or monthly – whatever works for you.

We take great pride in getting to know the team behind the brand, at each and every workspace provider on our platform. Once we've got to know your brand, we'll send over our onboarding documents and use that data to create your profile and listings.
Yes we have onboarding support. In fact we do all of your onboarding, all you do is send us your information as concisely as possible. We have checklists and product demos for you to know exactly what your information is used for, and will ping you the links for review once we are done.
Absolutely; we want you guys to be the brains behind your listings. As much or as little as you like, it's all up to you. We encourage providers to regularly check in with our team to keep things fresh. If you spot anything you'd like to change, screenshot the request and ping it over. Eventually, we will build a provider dashboard for you to interact with your listings at your leisure.
