SERVICED

'Plug 'n' Play' offices that offer instant occupancy, so you can move your team in at the drop of hat. All you'll need to bring is your computer. With all-inclusive rents, generous shared amenities and a wide range of offerings, from fixed desks to private offices, this is the perfect option if you need a flexible contract.

MANAGED

The customisable, built from the ground up package. Managed offices can be bespoke to a company’s exact requirements, allowing you to create an entirely unique space. The best part about managed spaces is that all associated costs, from the rent to the fit-out, will be bundled into a single monthly fee, typically for a minimum term of 12 months. The ideal level of control and flexibility.

SELF-MANAGED

Self-Managed offices offer the ultimate level of control and flexibility. You'll be in charge of defining what your workspace will look like, as well as handing the initial set up, paying business rates and sourcing all of your furniture. You're free to go wild with branding and really make the space your own. Additional fees may be incurred.

SUBLET

A Sublet means that you'll most likely be sharing some aspects of the space with another company. Whether that be communal kitchen's, lifts or toilets, this can vary depending on building. Subletting is a more cost efficient way of taking traditional leasehold space, but on terms that are far more flexible.

Delta House is an elegant and prestigious five-storey Grade II listed office building, close to London Bridge and Borough Stations. London Bridge is a thriving cosmopolitan area of London with many restaurants, bars and cafés, as well as London’s oldest food market of more than 900 years, Borough Market. With a welcoming reception area and helpful team, the building is ideally placed for access to central London. Sitting in the heart of Borough High Street, Delta House is a short walk from the world famous Borough Market, with its food stalls, bakeries and coffee houses and if you’re looking for homemade Italian comfort food, Nelsons Restaurant is close by. Delta also offers relaxing spaces away from your desk in our kitchen and outside patio areas. Borough Underground Station is close by providing easy access to both the City of London and the West End.

Meeting Rooms

Delta House offers 2 quiet, modern and inviting meeting rooms, equipped with superfast WIFI, refreshments, projectors, screens and whiteboards. Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, half-day or by the day by external customers but existing LentaSpace clients enjoy additional discounts.
