SERVICED

'Plug 'n' Play' offices that offer instant occupancy, so you can move your team in at the drop of hat. All you'll need to bring is your computer. With all-inclusive rents, generous shared amenities and a wide range of offerings, from fixed desks to private offices, this is the perfect option if you need a flexible contract.

MANAGED

The customisable, built from the ground up package. Managed offices can be bespoke to a company’s exact requirements, allowing you to create an entirely unique space. The best part about managed spaces is that all associated costs, from the rent to the fit-out, will be bundled into a single monthly fee, typically for a minimum term of 12 months. The ideal level of control and flexibility.

SELF-MANAGED

Self-Managed offices offer the ultimate level of control and flexibility. You'll be in charge of defining what your workspace will look like, as well as handing the initial set up, paying business rates and sourcing all of your furniture. You're free to go wild with branding and really make the space your own. Additional fees may be incurred.

SUBLET

A Sublet means that you'll most likely be sharing some aspects of the space with another company. Whether that be communal kitchen's, lifts or toilets, this can vary depending on building. Subletting is a more cost efficient way of taking traditional leasehold space, but on terms that are far more flexible.

Office Summary

The Annexe in an attractive brick building in an amazing location close to Southbank. The two storey red brick has a cool warehouse feel and offers not only serviced offices but also studios and workshops. Both long and short term lets are on offer on a mixture of open plan and shared office space. With convenience of location and a variety of potential spaces, the Annexe is a great location for your company. Working at The Annexe allows you to spend lunch breaks walking through nearby Lower Marsh which boasts a variety of street food options. In warmer weather, there are many parks and perfect spots for an outdoor lunch alongside South Bank. BFI Southbank, the National Theatre, the Southbank Centre, the London Eye, Shakespeare's Globe and Tate Modern and many other attractions are within walking distance of this fabulous property.

Meeting Rooms

We have 3 bright and quiet meeting rooms available, seating from six to eighteen people. Our meeting rooms are close by at The Foundry and are modern and inviting and include refreshments, superfast WIFI, projectors, screens and flipcharts. They are perfect for your next interview, training session or conference, close to Waterloo and Southwark stations, you will be hard pressed to find a more convenient and cost-effective location to hold your next meeting. Meeting rooms are available by the hour, half day or full day by external customers but LentaSpace clients enjoy discounted rates.
