SERVICED
'Plug 'n' Play' offices that offer instant occupancy, so you can move your team in at the drop of hat. All you'll need to bring is your computer. With all-inclusive rents, generous shared amenities and a wide range of offerings, from fixed desks to private offices, this is the perfect option if you need a flexible contract.
MANAGED
The customisable, built from the ground up package. Managed offices can be bespoke to a company’s exact requirements, allowing you to create an entirely unique space. The best part about managed spaces is that all associated costs, from the rent to the fit-out, will be bundled into a single monthly fee, typically for a minimum term of 12 months. The ideal level of control and flexibility.
SELF-MANAGED
Self-Managed offices offer the ultimate level of control and flexibility. You'll be in charge of defining what your workspace will look like, as well as handing the initial set up, paying business rates and sourcing all of your furniture. You're free to go wild with branding and really make the space your own. Additional fees may be incurred.
SUBLET
A Sublet means that you'll most likely be sharing some aspects of the space with another company. Whether that be communal kitchen's, lifts or toilets, this can vary depending on building. Subletting is a more cost efficient way of taking traditional leasehold space, but on terms that are far more flexible.

Nammu are proud to announce the launch of our latest workplace on King's Road, Chelsea. Known as the 'Surburb within Central London', this affluent, cosmopolitan district will now be home to a newly refurbished serviced office property. King's Road remains the major artery through Chelsea, with its continuing reputation to offer an eclectic mix of amenities. From interiors and art shops, high street fashion and boutique stores, pubs, clubs and bars - King's Road has it all. 440 King's Road is also well connected and easily accessible. A bus stop is situated just outside of the property, with Sloane Square station a short walk away, surrounded pay & display parking and private bike racks. Whilst Chelsea holds a certain exclusivity, our workplace will be able to cater to all types of businesses. Whether your company is large, small or just starting up - we have a range of offices sizes with no VAT chargeable which can accommodate you.
