MANAGED

The customisable, built from the ground up package. Managed offices can be bespoke to a company’s exact requirements, allowing you to create an entirely unique space. The best part about managed spaces is that all associated costs, from the rent to the fit-out, will be bundled into a single monthly fee, typically for a minimum term of 12 months. The ideal level of control and flexibility.

SELF-MANAGED

Self-Managed offices offer the ultimate level of control and flexibility. You'll be in charge of defining what your workspace will look like, as well as handing the initial set up, paying business rates and sourcing all of your furniture. You're free to go wild with branding and really make the space your own. Additional fees may be incurred.

SUBLET

A Sublet means that you'll most likely be sharing some aspects of the space with another company. Whether that be communal kitchen's, lifts or toilets, this can vary depending on building. Subletting is a more cost efficient way of taking traditional leasehold space, but on terms that are far more flexible.

Paddington Central is an urban oasis in the heart of London, on the edge of the Regents Canal, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, both on land and water – and Little Venice, with its grand Italianate villas. And just next door is Pergola Paddington, hidden gardens with bookable daybeds, seasonal food and cocktails and DJs at the weekend. With Paddington station next door, nowhere is far. You can get to King’s Cross in 12 minutes. Waterloo in 14 minutes. Or Heathrow in fifteen minutes. And when Crossrail opens, it’ll be just ten minutes to Liverpool Street.
