The best part about managed spaces is that all associated costs, from the rent to the fit-out, will be bundled into a single monthly fee, typically for a minimum term of 12 months. The ideal level of control and flexibility.
SELF-MANAGED
Self-Managed offices offer the ultimate level of control and flexibility. You'll be in charge of defining what your workspace will look like, as well as handing the initial set up, paying business rates and sourcing all of your furniture. You're free to go wild with branding and really make the space your own. Additional fees may be incurred.
SUBLET
A Sublet means that you'll most likely be sharing some aspects of the space with another company. Whether that be communal kitchen's, lifts or toilets, this can vary depending on building. Subletting is a more cost efficient way of taking traditional leasehold space, but on terms that are far more flexible.
